Something in the Water on the iPlayer
Just popped in after a brilliant couple of days helping to look after twin toddler nieces to say that for the next six days you (yes, even you living abroad) can find my Radio 4 horror Afternoon Play Something in the Water on the BBC iPlayer here.
I should also mention that tomorrow (Friday) I'll be signing from noon at Forbidden Planet in Bristol alongside a whole slate of SF folk, including Juliet McKenna and Justina Robson. And that on the day after I'll be enjoying Bristolcon.

Much to tell you about next week, but in a rush now, so until then, Cheerio!

I finally got around to listening to this the other day, and liked it a bunch. I liked the twist towards the end. As an aside, thank you for treating the atheist character's (lack of) beliefs realistically, not as some sort of strawman, as often happens. I normally post here as Jill, btw. turned out i had a blogger account and had forgotten about it.
Thanks very much. That's important to me, treating atheists well (there's one as a lead in the novel), because I hope we'll get such consideration in return.
If more people were like you in regards to their beliefs, the world would be a better place. I know there are fanatics on both sides of the fence, creating a bad name for their respective sides. I try to be live and let live, myself. I only have problems when people are pushy, and it's actually pushy abrasive atheists I often have the most problem with, because it's like, I don't want people to think I'm like that. So yeah, I feel basically the same way.
And, just like that, I have a huge problem with fascist 'Christians'. Our own people are the ones who can wind us up the most.
