Demon Knights Wednesday Night at Forbidden Planet

Wednesday night at 7pm (UK)/2pm (EST) is when Demon Knights #1 becomes digitally available. It's already sold out at the distributors (meaning that comic shops think they can sell every copy that's been printed and want more), and is going to get a second printing (as is Stormwatch #1), so, erm, may I suggest getting to your comic shop early on Wednesday if you want a first edition (or going digital)?

The issue itself will be available for download from that moment (or usually a couple of minutes after) by clicking on the cover image on the right margin over there. Yes, over there, look right... there it is.

If you'd like your physical copy of the issue (or anything else) signed on Wednesday, and you're near London, then come along to Forbidden Planet, where I'll be signing from 6pm to 7pm.

While we're talking about digital comics, the kind folk at Comixology have put together a page showing my entire back catalogue of digitally available work, including the whole Lex Luthor Action Comics run and much Captain Britain.

And, for those of you who read my vast Worldcon report yesterday, well, it's come as a flattering surprise that your numbers include Brother Guy Consolmagno himself, who posted a response on his blog.

I look forward to seeing some of you tomorrow night. Until then, Cheerio!

I am starting to get the feeling that Demon Knights will become one of the cornerstones of the DCU, along with Stormwatch. Will we see Dark Age Elementals as well?

  • DanielW Says:

Hey Paul, did you hear that Stormwatch #1 is being reprinted?

@ Darth - did you catch the Daemon Knights panel in Stormwatch #1? I reckon Stormwatch is going to grow out of events in DK. Ideally, or wishfully, because of something the Phantom Stranger does.

  • Paul Cornell Says:

Hmm, that's an interesting idea, Darth... and Daniel: yes, I already mentioned it, great stuff!
