Pulse Transmission Date
News just in from the press screening this morning: Pulse will be broadcast on BBC3 at 9pm on Thursday, June 3rd.
Watch this space, or my Twitter feed, for a forthcoming trailer, website, and how you can see the episode before broadcast. Our Twitter hashtag is: #pulsebbc3.
It was brilliant to get such great reactions from the journalists and reviewers along this morning. This bodes well, I hope. A big online reaction will make all the difference about whether or not we make it to a series. Cheerio!

Your June dance card is filling up! Pulse...Action Comics...congrats on it all!
How long from when they show the pilot would it take to know if they've picked it up as a series? I don't know how this works...
Paul: I got an invite but couldn't get morning off work for it. Glad it went well though, and from the screener I've seen, which I will have reviewed before June its well deserved.
It certainly leaves the viewer wanting more.
BTW as of midnight last night my friend and I managed to fix the website:) Taken a flipping week though. Talk about uphill battle.
It's a long story. So I will not bore you all with it, because they're aren't really any funny parts. Unless you call me barely holding onto my sanity and biting my tongue so I don't cuss out the inept technical support staff I was dealing with. I swear, some of the hoops they had me jumping through just to get a solid back up of my database. They're stark raving bonkers. Damn them, Damn them all to hell!
I really must stop re - watching the one scene from Planet Of The Ape's over and over lol. Surprised I haven't worn my Blue Ray set out of those movies.

Excellent news! This happens to be the broadcast the day before my Birthday, and I will have people down. A couple of whom were asking when this was on, last week. We'll certainly all be watching it.
Congrats also on the Spitfire one-shot, which has been revealed in Marvel's August solicits. It's great to see that you're still getting a chance to write these characters. I look forward to it.
June really is a big deal for me! I don't know how long it'd take to know if we'd gone to series: it depends on so many things. Ian: thanks. Sword: thanks, will blog about Spitfire today.
Look forward to hearing more about the Spitfire one shot. I really enjoyed her in the MI13 comics. Especially the last Mini series you did. The Hugo Nominated one.
As to Pulse, am a member of I hope it gets picked up gang. I also keep telling my friends across the pond to look out for it if it does get picked up.
A few of my friends are in mourning over the cancellation of Survivors.
But luckily we have some great things coming up such as Outcasts, more Being Human, Primeval and with any luck, and if there's any justice in the world PULSE.
