Oooh..now there's fandom collision for you! Haha! Brilliant!
And congrats on the comic book gig! Not really a huge comic book type, but my mum used to read them a lot with her dad when she was a kid so I know some stuff by osmosis I guess. (Mind you she also used to read Victor and Eagle and stuff like that...and people think *I* have some unusual tastes for a girl!)
I hesitate to even think what Peter Purves' reaction would be. I love these moments when fandoms collide. We're nearly there with Peter Wisdom and Peter Pan, as you'll see in the first issue.
Was very pleased when your animated version hit the net (and absolutely loved what you did with The Master). Was sad however to see that that was all of the animated adventures, but then was very happy to learn you were on the new series, but then moved to tears by your episode (you swine). Brilliant. And now you're at Marvel. Looking forward to it.
I have a couple more of these now, courtesy of Mike Maddox, and then we're done, I think. Don't want to keep this going past its time, and I'll want to push the promotions again when the book's out. I love the look of your animated Who. Pity you didn't get it out of the bag!
I had my first foray into comics earlier this year with Dark Horse.
On the Pete front, I used to go to school with a 'Paul' Wisdom. He got the "d" the wrong way round when he wrote his name (first year of primary school) and from then on everyone called him Wizbomb. I pretty much doubt he was any relation to Pete though.
That's the campest Cyberman I've ever seen. And that's saying a lot. Couldn't make the Dark Horse link work, but that's good news. And of course the most famous Wisdom is Norman.
Thanks. Lots of amazing stuff over at D'blog. I recommend his new book (from Dark Horse also) called "The Great Game" which picks up where Scarlett Traces left off. Lovely work and some gorgeous rockets and notes on how he pulls it off.
I'm a novelist, and a comics and television writer (notably for Doctor Who). I'm also the creator of Bernice Summerfield. I write Captain Britain and MI-13 and other titles for Marvel Comics.

What about Peter Parker aka Spider-Man?
Or Peter Pan?
Of course I think our Pete could take them both - esp that Pan kid, he's a push-over.

I'd laugh, except for the part where, instead of fixing dinner, I spent an hour re-creating the Torchwood logo in PhotoShop...
Gosh, it's bright in here, what with all the walls being made of glass. I suppose I'll put this nice fist-sized stone down now.... la la la.
"Trust me on this"... Nice one.
Great to see you have a blog. Shall certainly be popping by here again.
I have something over on my blog you may find amusing concerning The Doctor.

All the best...

Huge thanks. What I didn't realise was (and this was through spotting where someone had linked to my blog) was that Nelvana had pitched one too.
There's a k9 variant, a cyberman and a Dalek tank of all things and one of the links leads to their variation on the Doctor.
Crazy stuff.

I managed to break a link! Okay, this one should work...
Ah! And I see you know my old friend D'Israeli, one of the most talented artists I know. I am thus now aware of his blog. Good luck with your work.

I'm not sure I want to know how he pulls it off.
